A fathom measures how deep the water is. To
fathom something is to understand it. I picked
the name because that's the whole operation: strange stuff, taken
seriously.
There's no team. It's me — coding at night, drawing badly on
purpose until it's good, and scaring my neighbors with rooster
noises. I've been into the deep and the unexplained my whole
life, and at some point I decided to stop just reading about it
and start making things.
Everything with this name on it is made by hand. No generated
art, no synthetic voices — if
you hear a chicken scream, that was me, in a room, alone. No
data harvesting, no dark patterns, no ads. I hate that stuff
as much as you do.
